# «Місце поруч» — Ukrainian goPure production

The 5:49 story follows a daughter who notices her mother disappearing from family photographs, seeks practical help, and makes space for her mother to return. It adapts the source's caregiver quest, skeptical buyer, small ritual and relational callback. It uses one Ukrainian retrospective narrator and photoreal generated coverage.

## Audio was the production clock

The complete 349.440-second voice track was locked at **2026-09-09 11:44:33 UTC**, before any Seedance task was submitted. The 644 provider word boundaries match the approved script after normalization of punctuation and whitespace. The composition has 137 short caption cues; punctuation comes from the approved script, timing from actual speech events. A +2 dB gain is applied during assembly. The mono voice is carried in the export's stereo audio track.

Two Kie ElevenLabs speech tasks failed with provider 500 errors, including a short calibration excerpt. The accepted voice uses Microsoft Edge speech, `uk-UA-PolinaNeural`, rate −4%, pitch −2 Hz. This change was reported during production. Kie/Gemini listened to the actual completed recording before picture generation. There is no song, music bed or generated video audio.

## Picture and traceability

- **37 retained Seedance clips**, 370 requested generation seconds, edited to the locked 349.440-second narration.
- Model: `bytedance/seedance-2-mini`; resolution request: **480p**; aspect request: 9:16. Actual native clips are **496 × 864 at 24 fps**. The assembly preserves those native dimensions; it is not an AI upscale.
- Four original fictional cast portraits preserve the mother, adult daughter, neighbor and father. The seller's actual jar asset supplies product identity and the exact closing packshot.
- **39 successful video tasks**, including two rejected clips; **1,466.8 Kie video credits** recorded in task receipts. This is video usage only, not a claimed all-provider invoice. Gemini and tool-managed image-generation cost are not consolidated here.
- Every retained clip has a task ID, request, returned model/tier, result, hash, retained range and dependency on the audio hash. All clips are saved locally; temporary provider links are not the durable deliverables.

The first opening copied a four-panel casting sheet and revealed the product early. Individual portrait references replaced the sheet for subsequent tasks; the opening was regenerated. A later formula insert introduced an incorrect fruit prop; it was regenerated with only the jar, cream, hand and glass. The accepted product-reveal clip from the initial trial was retained. Two initial HTTP 403 downloads were resolved with a browser User-Agent, using the existing paid task IDs.

## Assembly and review

HyperFrames 0.8.33 supplies the editable timeline, local fonts, captions, disclosure and closing card. Native video motion carries the scenes. A GSAP-only animation map therefore reports zero tweens; that is not a claim that the film is static. Real moving excerpts, clip contact sheets, composition snapshots and the exported video are the relevant checks.

The composition passed lint, runtime, layout and contrast checks at all **37 scene midpoints plus the closing card**, with zero errors and warnings. Separate composition snapshots cover every scene. The complete film rendered successfully in 8 minutes 44 seconds using streaming frame encoding after a preliminary render encountered low free disk space. The first 74-second export matched the audio master at the intended gain, with a subtraction residual of approximately −64 dB RMS, consistent with lossy encode differences rather than a timing shift.

The delivered MP4 is **349.458333 seconds / 8,387 frames**, **71,761,239 bytes** (71.8 MB), H.264 at 496 × 864 / 24 fps with one AAC stereo track. The 18 ms difference from the audio duration is frame rounding. Browser encoding preserves the edit and copies AAC without re-encoding; the full HyperFrames master is retained outside Git. Whole-frame SSIM against that master is **0.988146** after compression.

Final integrated loudness is **−15.8 LUFS**, true peak **−1.6 dBFS**, LRA **3.7 LU**. Audio subtraction against the locked master at +2 dB gives **−63.53 dB RMS**, corroborating unchanged timing. Full FFmpeg decoding passes. Black detection found no intervals of at least 0.2 s meeting its 98%-dark-pixel threshold. These checks do not certify every possible visual defect. The actual film plays and seeks in the report; five tabs, beat seeking, transcript filtering, hash links and a 390 px mobile viewport passed browser checks.

The full Kie/Gemini export audit recognizes the narrative and clean Ukrainian speech, but its middle-film timestamps are wrong: its supposed 125 s laptop scene is near 90–106 s, 195 s tea scene is near 106–124 s, and 280 s bathroom scene belongs to the earlier routine. Its timestamped “defects” are therefore not reliable edit instructions. Its assertion of visible hydration improvement is also rejected as evidence of efficacy. The unedited provider output is retained, and short excerpts without a supplied transcript are used to adjudicate the opening, reveal, application, payoff and ending.

The five bounded excerpts corroborate the opening, reveal, application, payoff and ending without a supplied transcript. Several nevertheless invent continuous music. That finding is rejected using the actual one-track audio provenance, waveform comparison and silent-gap PCM measurements. The [final QA adjudication](../analysis/evidence/FINAL-QA-ADJUDICATION.md) records accepted evidence, rejected machine claims and the decision to accept the completed narrative.

## What the film does and does not establish

The model broadly preserves recurring faces, hair and wardrobe. Fine label lettering, hands, background photographs and wardrobe transitions are generative approximations. The final framed photograph contains the parents, while the birthday grouping includes all three principal family members. Some mouths move during narrated coverage; this is not an exact lip-synced dialogue production. The mother's lavender blouse recurs even while another blouse is being considered, so wardrobe continuity is less literal than the narrated motif.

The mother retains visible age and neck texture. Changes in lighting and expression are not evidence of a cosmetic result. The story is explicitly labeled **«Інсценована історія»**. Product formula and transaction details are attributed to the Ukrainian seller snapshot; seller authorization, fulfillment and clinical outcomes were not verified. A Ukrainian native-speaker panel and real campaign testing remain outside this delivered production.
